Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Prepare your favorite 2 crust 10" pastry.
1-1/4 c sugar / 1/2 c flour mix together.
2-1/2 c fresh rhubarb sliced 1/2 pieces
2-1/2 c fresh strawberries sliced
3 TLBs butter
Turn 1/2 the strawberry/rhubarb mixture into pastry lined pie pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 sugar mixture on top.
Repeat layers.
Dot with butter.
Place top crust seal and slit. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cover edges with foil the last 15 mins. of baking.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until crust is brown & juice begins to bubble through slit in crust.
