Taken at the Wednesday night track workout conducted by Montgomery County Road Runners Club. Although the workout is for men and women, many of the drills are conducted in self-selected pace groups. This shot captures a group of particularly good women runners in a 400m interval lap. Not sure how they came to be so nicely spaced out, but I thought it made a pretty good shot.
