I've been passing this scene almost every day for maybe a month, but I either didn't have my camera (OMG!) or I didn't like the light at the time. I assume this was placed by friends of a young person who was killed at this site -- a turn in a narrow, country road (named Game Preserve Road). I felt the b&w better conveyed the sadness of the image.
