Street musicians on Market Street, Frederick, MD. First Saturday Frederick is an "arts open house" in which the large number of arts shops and galleries in the historic downtown section of Frederick, MD, stay open late and welcome visitors with new openings, ongoing showings, and a little wine or champaigne. A nice time is had by all.
