OK, my latest source (Selena S.) says this is a Vinca. I'm sure this must be of the famous Venca, Vidca, Vinca trio. So, Vinca it is, for now.

Busy Lizzie - what kind of name is that!? Anyway, I thought you Brits all called flowers by their Latin names -- just to show us provincials that you're smarter (or at least take Latin in school). OK, Busy Lizzie it is.
