This is a conversion to sRGB of the AdobeRGB JPEG from this very quick shot (they didn't want to be photographed and were not part of the 'show' at the Berber farm where the A100 was field tested during the press launch). I took only one frame and relied entirely on the A100's wide field AF, programmed exposure for the result. The light extremely contrasty and the in-camera JPEG process has managed to contain from highlight to shadow very well. Though DRO was switched on, this is a RAW+JPEG shot and officially DRO has not effect on them. The JPEG process has lost a considerable amount of fine detail, even at ISO 100, as the next two image converted from the raw .ARW file will show.
