The "Western Distributor" is one of the principal traffic arteries for the inner city area. The
others include the Harbour Bridge and Tunnel carrying traffic from the northern and north west
motorways, the "Eastern Distributor" carrying traffic to the airport and on to the South Coast
motorway, the M5 motorway and Hume Highway, carrying traffic from the south west, our old friend
the Great Western Highway in the form of "Parramatta Road" and the M4 which (again - for frustrating
political dithering), is linked to THIS route but which awaits the construction of inner city
suburban tunnels to complete the job properly. The long suffering western Sydney motorist. I dunno.
