The local shops are only now opening for business but already the commercial centre is coming alive
with people. The population seems younger. There are more children about. The shops have more stock.
The business premises are better maintained. The signs are brighter and the streets more conjested.
Wacky doo! There is nothing like congestion to improve one's quality of life. (This is me being ironical, folks)
