I cross to the other end of the pedestrian overpass and spy a genuine local icon. It is Hazelbrooks
hands on science learning centre, based on the famous Questacon Centre in Canberra. I'd love to go
in but I simply don't have time. There is a suburban access road running this side of the railway
line but I am intrigued by what I may see if I follow the construction site walkway back on the
other side.
