I finally walk down from the pedestrian overpass and look up at what I have been walking on. This
structure is a humungous quantity of metres up in the air and the whole thing is being held erect by
one spindly looking steel post. Gulp. It does not look entirely safe to me. I am reminded that by the
time this construction is over, the ground level will have risen significantly so that the walkway
will no longer seem so high. I hope that the spindly post era will be temporary as well.
