This time I'm doing the stage alone. I seem to be reserving the warm and sunny days for solo legs.
I am a little worried about sunburn but I have plastered lots of 30 factor sunblock over all my
exposed skin. We'll just have to see what happens, I suppose. I shall probably finish up with
vitamin D deficiency again. Can't seem to win no matter what I do.
