Jakar Dzong : Autumn Wind in Weeping Willow-trees.

A DZONG is a fortress which is now the center of the religious and civil power of a district. The Dzong of Jakar (Jakar means "White bird"), was originally builded in 1646 but was restored several times after battles damaged and a strong earthquake in 1897.
