The green and the rain feels so cooling, soothing, and refreshing, which is wonderful irony for a shot that should make one think hot and spicey! ~ Lonnit

One of my favorite from the gallery. It really shows some living color.

I shot these peppers yesterday in a slow rain at a small arboretum. Today was not raining and I went to the same place and made a few pictures of the same peppers, at approximately the same time. However, the pictures are quite different. No rain drops and lighting today was harsher. Yesterdays lighting in the rain was soft and diffused. About two pepper images, I just wanted to share the second one too, even though I was considering placing only the first, more colorful one. Roumen
We're growing some chilis in our garden and it occurred to me to take a photo of them when the next batch ripens. I'm glad I didn't -- it would never have looked like this! These are lovely. One small comment on strategy: If your goal is winning, your other chili photo may take a few votes away from this one (the more colorful one). If your goal is to amuse us, however, you've done that with both photos. Don
