Three Wishes *

The Genie is out of the bottle and we all get three wishes.

My First wish is that all challengers had a Digital Rebel or a 10D, oh, heck let's go for a 1D plus assorted lenses
My Second Wish is that every challenger would win at least one challenge
My Third wish is that no challenger would ever submit a file over 150K, ever!

Pops - well executed. I love utilizing low-tech tricks to create a work of art. The sand and dark background really enhance this photograph. Got props from me.

Just when you think you've seen great pictures, BAM! Pops surprises me with a great one. Nice, nice, nice execution, both photographical and "photoshopical". Kudos.

I was already crazy about these bottles then you go an add the sand and smoke. Wonderful effect. I hope you haven't broken any, your daughter will have your head. The colors in the glass with the gold and the smoke, what an effet(did I already say that)

Pssst, Mary Anne, don't tell anybody but this is a composite of two photographs. I took about a dozen of the bottles and about two dozen of the smoke using three peices of incense (One peice of incense just didn't give enough smoke) (And a tip of the fedora to Neil Lawson for the inspiration to use incense, see Challenge 55). The smoke was resized for the bottles and rotated just a bit and then copied and pasted in place.

I can almost see a genie materializing in the smoke. Just out of curiosity, how many tries did it take to get this one?
