Thanks Lydia and Kurt. The Budweiser Clydesdales were at our fairgrounds so I had to go see them - they're beautiful and sure are pampered! :-) CJ

The oversized hat is perfect for this shot and really emphasizes the differential scale between the big horse and petit child. Tentative indeed, so would I! - angioman

Thanks for looking Tom and Rod - I really like this as the Clydesdale horse is so huge and she looks so little and I liked the contrasts in size and color. I saw her and her grandpa at the local rodeo. Her father was in Iraq so I asked if they wanted some pictures to send to her father. I sent the grandpa about 5 different pictures to forward to the father. :-) CJ

Nice bold colors to match her fearlessness of that HUGH animal. A tender moment; as she pets the horse & tries to look at the camera from under an oversized hat.
