Hi Bob, I have to admit, I cheated. I used a snow shovel to carve the path, and then just posed my son with the mower. It is a fine energy conscious mower. Our yard here in Boulder is reasonably small, so it's feasible. Our Texas yard was bigger, and the weather in Texas is much less conducive to outdoor exertions.
