Leading Lines*

First lines of stories or paragraphs.
Still a work in progress.
Will probably reshoot it, once I figure out how.
Any input is welcome.
This is just the idea for now.
Replaced a couple of times so far with variations of the same image.

I agree with the rest, this is a very creative interpretation of the topic. Very well executed too. Dorys

Thank you Cat. The background is a 13 X 19 piece of paper that I printed the text on, and there is some fainter text behind the more obvious text. It ended up being less legible that I thought it would be. There's not a lot of it, just a few lines of larger text. And it's actually grey, though it does appear slightly green here. --Melanie

Like the concept. Agree with Nico. Also just curious to know: why do I see some very faint green "ghost text" interlaced with black text. Is that intentional? -Cat

Thank you jnconradie, I haven't quite decided which direction to go with this yet. For some reason, this particular one wanted a border from me, but perhaps you are right and it is distracting. --Melanie

Since I have already commented and congratulated you elsewhere on the concept and execution, I wanted to add here that I thought the frame of this one detracted from the leading lines concept, than rather reinforcing it. My eyes tend to get drawn more towards the frames than by the lines of text. But this is just my opinion and others may have a different view. Regards. ~jnconradie
