I love the vertical pole with the flag and foreboding feel to this image

Sorry that should be Ed! You see, I haven't heard from you for a while and dementia has set in.

Thanks Earl , I like to hear what others see , because sometimes I just sit here thinking about composition and not really knowing what I am trying to say.
So far a putting green and a deserted beach.
I can still feel the wet and the cold and the wind and the stares from lifeguards watching me take photo after photo of a flag in poor light.

I like it dreamy/deserted feel to this.

Nooooo,A "bathe between the flags'' flag on a morning that was dull and wet, the horizon tilt, well,I guess it runs off a little, but these wider lenses can often distort reality.

Okay, I've been puzzling over this one for a couple of days now . . . it really intrigues me. My first thought was, "a putting green fused with a beach scene."

I like the saturation of the beach and waves justaposed to the monochrome sky. It's very ambiguous, but then, that's why I guess I keep coming back to it. The ONLY thing that bugs me a little is the slightly tilted horizon.

Verrrry interesting . . . .
