Mill Pond Conservation Area is near the village of Portland which is on Hwy 15 between Smiths Falls and Kingston. If you look at a map of that area, you'll find MPCA on the east side of the Rideau across from Murphys Point Provincial Park. When you're traveling from Portland on Hwy 15, you take Old Kingston Road to get to it. If you visit the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority website, you should find better directions and also a trail map for the conservation area. Hope that helps.
