Evening reflections

Alas, the demands of the holiday have left me without a fresh landscape or vista and my meager endeavours yesterday in icy cold winds produced results which were truly unworthy. Hence I am driven to forage though the archives and dredge out a hitherto unseen image, which, because of it having been originally produced, by accident mind you, and in haste to make the photograph before the light changed, I lost the reflection, the dog moved or the bridge changed colour or moved, I used the dreaded ISO 1600 setting. I thought the picture was beyond redemption but a little of this and a little of that with my trusty editor and voila ! - an image for today's PaD.

My friend Yogi http://www.pbase.com/yogi7/) improved this image even more with her considerable editing skills:

The perspective and colors are quite beautiful!

Very nice composition, Cliff. I don't know what the original looked like, but your editing has makes this an attractive image. I also like the brightness of Yogi's version. Very nice perspective on this bridge.

Both are great results, but thats because the original was good to begin with
