Almost in the middle of the community adjacent to where we live
there is this tiny dairy farm - maybe 25 head of dairy cows.
Astonishly the farm is smack in the middle of huge subdivisions
and the story goes, that the owner, a lady, refused offers of the developers(probably considerable)
and the farm remains where it is - a total delight for everyone who lives
or passes through the area. So wonderful to see someone resist the crush of "progress"!
