Les Paul FAC 473

One of thirty 10-foot 'Les Paul' Gibson guitar replicas on display near London's City Hall. This particular one was designed by artist Peter Saville and signed by the band New Order.

These guitars are a nice idea. I'm a big fan of New Order too, and Saville's designs for the Factory label. He has created a lot of iconic album and single covers over the years.

there's a Nashville version of this . . pretty cool Wonder if the sculptors are the same for both . .I am envious . . of the shots AND the meet-up =)

Someone's stolen the strings!! I was only catching up with some of my New Order CDs the other week. Cool display - I bet the whole thing looked impressive.
