My anxiety has been bad today, and certainly in no mood to go out in the freezing fog in search of a photo or for anything else! I’ve needed to drink a fair amount of water.

I started off taking a picture of my orange lampshade, but then decided to hold my glass of water in front of the screen showing that rough image from my CF card.

One bit of good news – I heard from my cousin today – first time in ages – he’s now 61 and informed me that his wife recently gave birth to their twins!
