April 1 2004:
Visitors!

Sorry for the poor quality of the image, but it was taken all in a bit of a rush in the early hours of this morning. I was in bed trying to get to sleep when this strange bright light woke me up. It then disappeared and may well have landed on nearby Horsell Common, which has been a landing ground for “strange things” before. I hope to get some shots of the occupants tomorrow.

Ray I am sure it is not a UFO! It's a lamp!
Don't try to tell me those stories, I never do myself!

IS it coming or going???? Are they still here?
Guest 03-Apr-2004 05:49

It's OBVIOUS that this is a picture of some alien space ship! I can't believe you got this! I think your quality is excellent considering what it's a picture of! I KNEW aliens exist!

Does this mean you are meeting Ian tomorrow? :-) My screen was glowing while the full photo was up. Hmmm. Spooky.

I'm being honest here, folks, it wasn't a desk lamp!

Spooky Ray. What great presence of mind to grab your camera.
I await tomorrow with interest.
Your nom de plume is intriguing.

Guest 01-Apr-2004 20:29
Heck ...for one crazy moment I thought it was an desk lamp angled up, what a crazy thought!
CJ Morgan01-Apr-2004 20:29
LOL, good one Ray.

Interesting sight - pity you had to use a shot made by another person :-)

Don't worry. Got my AR-15 locked and loaded. :)
David Mingay01-Apr-2004 17:31
Looks like an out of focus desk lamp to me! Suggest you try the BHS lighting department for the 'landing site'...

1 st April is over tomorrow.

I'm not surprised in the least, Ray. Somehow this seems quite expected! Did you get aboard the ship?? Careful of the probes they use!!!
