I've been buying cut flowers a bit more since getting hooked on PAD. This is the first ever Gerbia to enter my house; I've seen many gorgeous photos on PBase of this flower and wanted to show its beauty in a different sort of way. So here we are, my gerbia is right up against my spotlight, with its petals facing away from my camera.
Its been great seeing a bunch of friends enjoying themselves this weekend. I hope that more of us will be able to join in the next big meet. I see the PAD group as something rather special, something to bring us together. Let's try and buck the trend of nations, religions and ideologies around the world and celebrate that we all love doing this, and build one big photographic family, despite our diverse personalities.
