It is a real process. Re epoxy coated bars - I couldn't say, as it's beyond my knowledge and interest level. But what I can say is that they do a very nice job. They were framing a house beyond this one 1 day after the concrete went in.

I like how they place rebar chairs on the floor level, not all contractors do that. I noticed the blue colors on the rebar. Are they using epoxy coated bar? Paul
