You caught this one at just the right time of day. The blue sky contrasts beautifully with the yellow lights of the building and with the yellow reflections of the four spotlights in the water.

Yes, Paul, this is one of the venues of the annual San Sebastián Filmfestival: a big convention center with two main theaters seating 1800 and 600 attendees, respectively, used not only for congresses but also for performances of drama, opera, concerts and, during the festival, cinema as well, of course. There are lots of different spaces, also bars and restaurants. When the «Kursaal» (as they call it using the German word) opened a dozen years ago, its design by renowned Spanish architect Rafael Moneo was received with mixed feelings by the local public; but meanwhile they wouldn't want to miss it: it has become an important part of the city's life... ~ db.
