Congratulations for a very deserved win - a striking epitome for one of most fluid ideas we experience - The Time - which turns out also to be one of the most unperturbed !! :)

Open saying don;t see much movement here but like the short very much - the composition and especially the colours are excellent

Very nice capture Traveller. I think the yellow background works well here, and I think your original idea would have worked too, with shades of Dali. Regards, -Najinsky

Good shot and I like the yellow color, too. Well done. - ken

What is of some interest to me is that I used a white cutting board as a backdrop, but, bouncing the flash off my white ceiling, still filled the frame with yellow from my walls, and the clock itself.

This was intended to be a composite with a cloudy blue sky background...but I quite like it the way it is.

Best Wishes, Traveller

It looks like someone stole you clock face. Maybe I'll shoot my old schoolhouse pendulum clock. Paul

I prefer this one as well. I think it is because the base is larger, giving more of a sense of support to the upper section. I also see more motion blur towards the bottom.

I really like the idea and the colour in both, but I prefer this one. I can't really articulate why though. Regards, Michael
