Paul, I sold this lens in 2008 to buy a Tokina 11-16. The Tokina is sharper and two stops faster, but the Sigma certainly wasn't bad. Regards, Michael

I'd say your Sigma is a pretty good lens then. I get more distortion than that at 17mm with my 17-40. You'll be seeing my name in the vote column on this one. Paul

No, I didn't do any distortion correction Paul. This is actually pretty much the raw file with a little tweaking of levels and colour, but not cropped or changed in any other way.
