Thank you Techo. I liked this photo in color and didn't try it in black and white until this challenge. When I did, I liked it even more in black and white, so thank you for making me go back to this image for a re-processing!

To answer your question, at first I thought: "I don't remember whether I used a polarizer or not?" - but then I looked at the lens used and I can definitely say that I didn't, because it has a bulging front element and won't accept filters.

This shot has a pretty cool IR look to it. I really like the dark grad of the sky. Was it the result of a polarizer?
