I went to Sorrento a few months ago and saw this. It's actually an old mill and it's breathtaking to look down onto. :]

Reminds me a great poem I read in first year University:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.
Meaning all great things that man can fathom will eventually fade through the passing of time. While there is great sadness in it, there is also great peace and contentment, seeing it from the right point of view, of course.

Amazing what people built 1000 years ago. What will remain from our generation in the year 3009?

This photo leaves me at a loss for words. There can't be words to describe such a jaw-dropping, beautiful image such as this. It is so much more than just breathtaking or prepossessing.
