Parasitic flies that use caterpillars to feed their growing young
Stage 3 - The gory bit!
Here the larvae that have hatched out are feasting on the host caterpillar.

Believe me - this was a squirming mass when I took the picture!

Cabbage White caterpillar moths are typically from Cotesia genus. Not maggots and not a fly but a braconid wasp.
