Steve Fink

Close up lens test using my 20D and 50mm 1.8 II lens. In addition, I used all the combinations of my Kodak +7 and +10 close up filters. The upper left is the wide angle shot. The upper right is with the +7 close up lens on the front of the 50mm lens. The botton right is with the +10 close up lens. The bottom right is the +7 and +10 together with the 50mm.

I made no changes to the original images other then resize. I mistakenly used aperture priority at f8 which resulted in darker images, even at 1600 ISO.

Also, because I was using existing equipment, I had to use step-down rings to reach the 37mm size of close up lens/filters.

Note: Each shot was AF as close as I could get.
