Spent the weekend at the Mitteldorf Nature Preserve in Carmel.

Hiked under a canopy of redwoods and the oaks trees.
Had great views of Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the top of the ridge.

Spent the night at the comfortable lodge deep under the redwoods and next to small creek.
With the moonless night, we saw a lot of stars and the MilkyWay.
