Drove about 85 miles to the high desert city of Palmdale to visit the Blackbird Air Park and museum.
This is the A-12, the first prototype of the SR-71 to be built and flown on April 26, 1962.
Next to this jet is the actual SR-71 Blackbird and behind is the U-2 spy jet.
