Cloudy Moonlit Night 7-20-24

This was the first time that I've been able to walk (limp in pain) out to the patio since I Injured my back 8 days ago.

Only another 2 weeks before I can see a doctor.

Hopefully, then I'll find out what's going on and maybe get relief from this excursionizing pain; plus my mobility also back. A three-week wait to see a doctor is "stat" & considered an emergency visit. Normal wait time is 6 months. There is a doctor shortage in our area. Nurse practitioners handle most everything. Unfortunately, my back issue is beyond the scope of the nurse practitioner.

While washing my hands tonight, I noticed the moon outside our kitchen window. It called to me. So, I pushed through the severe pain and hobbled out to get a couple of quick Cell Phone shots.

It was good to get outside, even if for only 2 minutes.

A beautiful night sky with the moon lighting the clouds.

I cannot imagine you have to wait so long to see a doctor.
I wish you will feel better very soon.

Sorry you're with back pain Liz, believe me, I know what it's like. Seems the medical community is a bit thin where you live, perhaps Washington will get this fixed within the next four years.

Ugh, back issues are horrible. In fact, I am having a bit of one right now causing some sciatica, though not as bad as yours! Sorry you're suffering. I hope you get it resolved ASAP. Pretty night sky!

So sorry you are having back issues. Horrible that you can't get in to see a doctor when you are not well. Thanks for making the effort and taking this beautiful shot for us to see. Sending healing vibes!
