The Allgäu Alps are a mountain range in the Alps of the Northern Limestone Alps, which extends over parts of Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg) and Austria (Tyrol and Vorarlberg).
The flora is among the most diverse in the entire Alps. Accessibility via cable cars and trails is above average. The high-altitude trails from hut to hut are famous,
allowing hikers to spend seven to ten days hiking without descending into inhabited valleys.
