The plywood/cleat hull joins have notable water damage. The ply is dried, penetrated with epoxy and built back up where wood is missing. Same with cleats. Weeks are required for penetrating epoxy to cure. It would be a much faster restore on the brightwork to have new plywood, but then, it wouldn't be original.
