I agree with Peter - the point of focus is wrong and that bit of green at the end does stop the mind in its tracks. I've altered it and re-uploaded

A few things I have to ask here;
+Focus, why is the focus on wooden frames, we can't see what it says, so is meaningless to the viewer, I think the natural focal point is the 2nd lock.
+Cropping, the addition of the end of the wall to the right, gives a definitive end to the viewers length on what is 'out of use' if this was kept outside the frame lines, this would show up as infinite.
+PP, I would here, have also decreased the saturation a little, and up the contrast, as this I feel brings out the texture on the stones, and added to that abandoned look.
Finally if your interested in abandoned buildings, this forum http://www.28dayslater.co.uk/forums/) has some very good photographers, although you have to dial though the typical forum crap. Don't let this put you off though, its a great site.
