12th - Agriculture?

near Norton Lindsey, Warks. view map

Another bit of discarded convenience, this time in a field near Snitterfield in Warwickshire - I don't know if this would do any damage to the farmer's machinery, I suspect not since the can is made of relatively light-weight metal and Mr. Farmer's gear must be pretty robust to do all that ploughing and stuff...

...doesn't excuse the numbskull action though...

So annoying when people clean out their cars and don't care where they leave it.
Great in mono Doug.

Cool b&w image, the can seems to blend in, yet it doesn't. Good one for juxtaposition.

Wow, didn't know they grew Coca Cola in a field! hehe....I can't believe that people just toss this stuff out on the road.

Great image and a wonderful commentary on idiots that toss litter. Well done.

I wonder if we will ever have any lasting historical record of the drinks can, they seem so flimsy.
J. Scott Coile12-Mar-2010 23:43
Is that where they come from ;-)

So... did you throw the can there for a photo op? LOL. Just kidding. But seriously, I hate to see trash loose like this. Shameful!

I wonder what the farmers plough could do to the peeps that dropped it... sounds like a good experiment! :o)

I'm sure it takes far less effort to put it in a bin than throw it over a hedge!
