Crivens! The kids have eaten me out of house and home...better get down to Sainsbury's pronto!!

The RAW file was opened into Adobe Camera RAW; Clarity was reduced to -50ish to give the soft-focus effect, and Recovery used to regain the highlights on the knife and fork. Then into CS3 itself, and a B&W Adjustment layer was used to make this a monochrome image - I used the 'Green Filter' preset. Lastly, reszed for the web...this one really was quite literally easy-peasy!!! LOL!
