Old Stone

Gloucester Cathedral, Gloucester view map

I needed to be in Gloucester this lunchtime, and thought I'd revisit a shot which didn't work when we visited the Cathedral as a Pbase meet in June. I'm glad I did, because this has come out just as I wanted

What a beautiful building. We don't have anything old enough to be made in this style here.

Cathedrals never fail to impress me and I think you have really captured the lines of the building and detail in the stone masonary.
