Once the headquarters for Hollywood stars of the 1930's and 40's, it was the heart of the social scene in Yuma until 1960.
Built in 1930, it's a wonderful example of the Modern-Art Deco style and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The building is now used as private apartment housing.
