A display in honor of Al Christie, an old-time diver from the early 1900s can been seen at the Yuma Crossing Park. Mr. Christie worked on the Colorado River Siphon which was part of the Colorado River Irrigation system built in 1912 and considered one of the greatest engineering feats in U.S. history.
