Right off I-8 over the Arizona border is the little "town" of Felicity (population 4).
It claims to be "The Center of the World."
This partial set of stairs taken from the Eiffel Tower and dated 1889 is sitting all by itself by the road. I have no idea where they came from or how they arrived from Paris to become part of the desert.
