May Challenge: Memories

My mother and her family are from The Netherlands. Tulips were always planted around my parents' and grandparents' homes. Even though this tulip is past prime, it's still very beautiful.

Yes, it is very beautiful and love the memory you shared behind them. My grandmother loved periwinkles so whenever I see those I think of her. Beautiful image!
