'Cecile' ?

'Cecile' is an Exbury hybrid described as having deep pink buds, opening carmine with a saffron yellow blotch - but see the note below

This is probably 'Cecile' but I would not use this picture because it is not typical. It is a picture of a plant that has been forced to flower in dark conditions such as the Chelsea Show as is listed by Steve Henning. Nice picture, but not typical enough to post.
