I have never seen a Michael Hill look this little like a ground cover here in New England. Most of our Polly Hills crawl along the ground including Michael Hill. I have no idea how Michael Hill grows in GA but I never have seen one in New England with this shape. However you could prune it to have this shape but allowing the upright shoots to grow and pruning the side shoots but this would not be the natural shape here in New England. Is May 23 when the nakahraes bloom in GA. If this is a late bloomer the color is right so ok. But if both the time and shape are wrong I say questionable.
