Reddish Egret

Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, CA

Stopped by Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve and spotted Reddish Egrets which are not suppose to be common to this area. There were 4 individuals in a relatively small area.

We see those by the Gulf here and a few come up this way sometimes. Very nice image of this lovely Egret!
