Steps:
1. start with swapping red and blue channels (via channel mixer)
2. use selective color and just tug toolbars for each color till you like it
3. ctrl+alt+~ , add solid fill, choose your color (I chose deep blue), choose your mode
(I chose color dodge), choose your opacity (62%) here
4. ctrl+alt+~ , add solid fill, choose your color (I chose gold-brown), choose your mode
(I chose soft-light), choose your opacity (62%) here
* Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each new color
* use layer masks if you want a color tone to be removed anywhere
(for example, I used a gradient fill in the gold layer to mask out the tree)
